Happy New Year. This is a review on the music industry and its treatment of entertainers from the year 2000 up until now.
After the introduction of the internet in 1999 and the merging of Major record labels; music begun to get watered down and we lost a lot of talented artists along the way.

Today has been epic! I can’t believe it! I met, The Queen of Rap, LIL KIM.
If you are not aware, yesterday Lil Kim was due to appear at the Lovebox Festival in East London. Lil Kim arrived at the event but due to circumstances out of her control, Lil Kim was unable to perform at this event. This led to, The Queen of Rap, holding a meet and greet session at the ANdAZ Hotel in Liverpool Street. You can watch the video below to see the fans waiting outside for The Notorious K.I.M.
Who is Onika Maraj?
The time has come for me to review ‘Nicki Minaj’s dwindling ‘rap’ career. I will provide a quick summery of her sharp rise to fame and try to understand the woman behind the mask. I want to understand who Onkia Tanya Maraj is and what she stands for! I will conclude by looking at the future of Onkia’s character and her role in hip-hop history.
Rihanna has done it again. Yes! She has sung another hit record called ‘Pour It Up’! Right now this song is on repeat constantly. Produced by Michael ‘Mike Will Made It’ Williams and co-written by Rihanna herself this track gives the recession two fingers up as she proclaims ‘I still got more money’ after each bar of her verses.
